Who we are
NICVA (Northern Ireland Council for Voluntary Action) is the membership and representative body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. For over 85 years, we’ve supported organisations, amplified their voice and helped the sector grow stronger.
With over 1,500 members, we represent a diverse network - from large charities to small, volunteer-led community groups working in every community. We work to ensure the voluntary and community sector is recognised, supported and able to make the greatest possible impact.
