Voice of the Voluntary & Community Sector

We influence policy and provide insight so that the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland is heard, understood and strengthened.

We work closely with government and decision-makers to highlight the challenges facing the sector and champion the vital role it plays across society.

The Group provides a forum to raise issues, share insight and strengthen the relationship between the sector and government.

Joint Forum

The Joint Government and Voluntary Sector Forum (Joint Forum) brings together government and the voluntary and community sector to discuss key issues and improve collaboration.

It plays an important role in shaping policy and strengthening partnership working.

Assembly Insider

Stay informed about what’s happening at the Northern Ireland Assembly.

Assembly Insider is our weekly bulletin covering debates, questions, committees and key developments relevant to the voluntary and community sector.
