Overview

For 30+ years Springboard has been successfully designing and delivering innovative youth programmes.

We are currently looking for Youth Development Workers and Youth Workers (full time) to work on our Journeys programme (2024-2027).  The programme will offer young people exciting opportunities for self-development, building friendships and positive pathways for the future.

Key criteria include:

For Youth Development Workers

• has or currently studying 3rd level qualification in youthwork (or related field) plus 3 years experience of working with young people OR
• minimum Level 4 qualification plus 3 years experience of working with young people

For Youth Workers

• has or currently studying 3rd level qualification in youthwork or in a related field plus 2 years experience working with young people OR
• minimum Level 3 qualification plus 3 years experience of working with young people

Both posts also require experience in recruitment & engagement of young people, facilitation, mentoring young people and individual needs assessment.
