Representative Honours scheme The councils Representative Honours scheme assists athletes who incur costs when travelling to and from competitions. Up to £75.00 of funding is available for travel within the UK and the Republic of Ireland (but not Northern Ireland) and £150.00 outside the UK. There is no limit to the number of applications an individual can submit and these can be applied for throughout the year. Please note, funding for Representative Honours cannot be paid retrospectively. Completed application forms must be received no later than the first day of the competition. Forms received after the start of the competition will not be considered for funding. Capital and small sports grants Capital and small sports are now open for applications. The closing date for completed forms is Wednesday 30 April at 4.00pm. Where possible, completed Application Forms should be submitted electronically to LeisureAdmin@northdown.gov.uk.
