Overview
We are currently re-envisioning how we convey safeguarding advice, resources, and wider information to our members and service users. We are therefore seeking someone who can bring innovation, experience, and creativity to help ensure our safeguarding services remain accessible and efficient.
This role will ensure the provision of a high quality, responsive and professional help centre that responds to the needs of all service users. To ensure that the help centre is managed and coordinated in an effective and efficient manner, including the coordination of rotas, development of process and practices, accessibility of all help centre services, and the line management of all assigned staff.
We would also consider applications for a full time post.
