 Head Injury Support is a charitable organisation committed to supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, as well as their caregivers and families. Our mission involves delivering various social, recreational, and educational activities to our members, coupled with engagement in our social enterprise, 'Creative Minds'. As we advance our enterprise, we are actively seeking a driven and dedicated individual to assume the role of Social Enterprise Sales Coordinator within our team.

  Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase social enterprise sales

• Efficiently handle customer enquiries, process orders, and oversee shipping logistics with precision
• Manage physical sales and provide an excellent standard of customer service
• Drive sales through social media messaging and marketing, expanding our digital presence
• Actively identify and engage in networking opportunities that would be advantageous to the social enterprise   

• Adhere to Head Injury Support policies
• Maintain all data in line with Head Injury Support General Data Protection policies, practice and procedures.

Essential Criteria

•  Experience of providing excellent customer service and processing sales
•  Confident in using IT systems
• Have the skills to work collaboratively in a team environment

Desirable

• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing

• Proficient in utilising social media platforms for effective product marketing

• IT or marketing qualifications
